SHOUTING, SPEAKING IN TONGUES & RUNNING AROUND THE CHURCH DOESN'T PROVE YOU'RE A BELIEVER...

SHOUTING…SPEAKING IN TONGUES & RUNNING AROUND THE CHURCH BUILDING LIKE A MADMAN DOESN’T PROVE THAT YOU ARE A BELIEVER (BORN-AGAIN) OR EVEN SAVED…SANCTIFIED & FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT…BUT IT’S HOW YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE DAILY!”

The inward working of YAHWEH’s Power is not always felt.

YAHWEH's redemptive work of salvation, in a man's life, must be believed and walked out in his daily life. Some church traditions espouse the belief that crying, shouting, dancing, and speaking in unknown languages are all evidence of Yeshua entering a person’s heart.

  1. This is a false assumption: Romans 10:10; "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

It is dangerous to believe, that unless a person speaks in an unknown language or cries out with a loud voice, they are not saved. Salvation is a spiritual act. The proof of salvation is not about what we immediately see, but rather the faith of the individual recipient of YAHWEH's grace.

  1. Although man looks at the outward appearance, YAHWEH looks at a person's heart:

  • 1 Samuel 16:7; "But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD sees not as man sees; for man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart."

In most churches, we are surrounded by Christians who all speak the same language. So, in most cases, speaking in unknown tongues in the church is not warranted. There are countless Biblical examples of Believers that were filled with the Holy Spirit yet never spoke in unknown languages.

  1. However, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, they preached the Gospel and proclaimed prophecies: Luke 1:67-68; "And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying, Blessed be the LORD GOD of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people."

We should never believe that a supernatural sign or wonder is necessary to accompany or "prove" salvation. Many churches have a tradition of establishing a climate in the sanctuary that supposedly prompts signs and wonders to manifest. We should never wait on the lights to flash or the music to speed up as evidence of YAHWEH's presence in a fellowship. Also, we should never expect to observe new Believers being instantaneously "slain in the spirit" or losing consciousness.

  1. The expectation of signs and wonders is a by-product of the traditions of men:

  • Hebrews 11:1; "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

We all get excited when signs appear but there is no tradition of men that can guarantee such occurrences. Therefore, there is no explanation when they do not occur. We cannot force supernatural occurrences to manifest on demand.

  1. Dependence on supernatural signs, as evidence of salvation or receipt of any of YAHWEH's gifts, can cause inconsistency, doubt, and discouragement for many that do not experience such acts: Luke 7:50; "And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace."

The Apostles saw many signs and wonders in their day but only because they were constantly surrounded by unbelievers.

  1. Throughout the New Testament, YAHWEH used signs and wonders to show the unbelievers His power: Matthew 16:4; "A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed."

The youth are usually the ones most affected by false traditions.

  1. When they cannot manifest physical “proof” of their salvation, many times they feel they are not saved: Mark 10:14; "But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the Kingdom of GOD."

When we seek after signs to prove YAHWEH’s existence, then we think like unbelievers.

  1. True Believers do not need supernatural signs; they simply believe in YAHWEH and His ability to prove Himself in their daily walk: Luke 11:28; "But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the Word of GOD, and keep it."

There are many that have yet to speak in an unknown tongue, but their faith in YAHWEH is real and they are in Yeshua. We should focus more on an individual's lifestyle after salvation than the manner in which the person reacts when they receive it.

  1. It is biblical to draw conclusions about a man's relationship with YAHWEH, based on the Fruit of the Spirit in his life or the lack thereof, rather than certain occurrences on the day he was saved: John 20:29; "Jesus said unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed."

Salvation is a free gift from YAHWEH.

Yeshua has already done all the "work," so we must be careful not to put obstacles in the way of those that desire to be saved. Believing is an ongoing process. As we believe, we will grow in YAHWEH and receive the benefits of abiding in Him. When we need His power, it will come!

When we need to use unknown languages, they will manifest.

YAHWEH has so much in store for those that abide in Him. We should never lose faith in YAHWEH and His desire to provide gifts to us. However, we must understand that initially, we are saved by grace through faith, and not because we followed a tradition or showed an outward sign of an inward occurrence. It is all about faith and believing in salvation.

  1. When we are able to truly believe, we will receive everything that YAHWEH desires for us to receive: Matthew 7:8-11: “For everyone that asked receives, and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?"

Remember: “The Word of GOD is living & powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

I WOULD RATHER BE UNCOMFORTABLE IN YESHUA...THEN COMFORTABLE IN SATAN

"IF YOU'RE NOT WINNING SOULS FOR YESHUA...YOU DON'T WORK FOR YAHWEH...YOU'RE SELF-EMPLOYED!!"
